Sample collection kit for at home testing and DNA banking

Our DNA test collection kits contain everything you need to collect and ship your DNA samples to our laboratory.  The cost of the kit is included in our test fees and is sent to you as soon as you place your order online.  The kit contains (for each person involved):

• DNA collection card- a chemically treated card designed for collection, protection, and storage of DNA
• DNA sample storage pouch- to protect the sample card in transit
• Sterile applicator- individually wrapped foam-tipped sterile applicator for easy collection of cheek cells.
• Necessary paperwork and instructions

Three collection kits are included in the price of the at-home paternity screen.  Kits for additional participants (additional children or alleged fathers) are an additional cost, which includes the additional testing.  See fee schedule for additional pricing and pricing for relationship testing, twin testing, and DNA banking pricing.
